Check In/Out Times
CHECK IN: Please check your pet in 1 hour before closing during normal business hours (as early as 8 a.m.) Reservation date is considered as Day One. If your pet is taking medication on a daily basis, be sure to bring it when you drop your pet off. There is $1.75 per day charge or $3.25 per day for shots or 4 or more meds. for administering a pet's medication.
CHECK OUT: Before 11:00 a.m. no charge for extra day.

For your convenience, we accept Cash, Check, Visa, Master Card, Discover, Check Cards, and Travelers Checks. You can pay however you like when you pick up your pet. Checks that are returned N.S.F. will have a service charged added to them. Business Hours:
All pets should be checked in an hour before we close Monday - Saturday and can be checked out until we close (out by 11am for no charge for that day.) Please respect our Business Hours; please do not ask us to bend the rules.
Holiday Hours:We are open on most holidays for your convenience. Due to the larger number of pets staying with us on holidays, we only open for two hours on these days so that we may give your pets our undivided attention. It is no problem to order a bath or extras on holidays! You will ALWAYS be charged for the day of the holiday, which is a 2 day minimum, even if you pick up during 4:00P.M.-6:00P.M.. Sam & Danni's will be open on the following holidays from 4P.M.-6P.M. only: New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day Sam & Danni's also charges holiday rates on Christmas Eve but we are open regular hours. Daycare Hours:7:00 A.M. - 7:00P.M. Monday - Friday. No overnights, or holidays. Weekends (if space available) is charged at regular boarding rate. Boarding and Daycare cannot be intermingled during the same stay with us. |

Sam & Danni's requires a credit card number for all reservations. This credit card number is used for no show purposes. We have a 24 hour cancellation notice policy. If you make a reservation and do not call us to cancel within 24 hours of your stay, you will be charged for your stay.
